Life without school.

Met Clare at expo.
There's this Loreal sale of which is a true sale.
I initially tot of it as a scam.

Haha. And look what I bought.
Time to replenish my stock.
But I'm kinda broke.
So this is all i got..

-Two way foundation.
-A pretty lipstick.
-Nail polish.
-Nail polish remover.
-Two different sets of facial mask.
-Purifying gel.
-Purifying moisturizer.
-Deep exfoliating gel wash.
And they are less than 50%. Ouch.
I'm totally beaming from the consumer surplus.

There's a prevailing sense of emptiness.
Cos the As is finally over. =)

A Myriad of emotions..
A bittersweet sensation within such ultimate joy.
A sense of loss.
A seemingly aimless dimension for the moment.

Nonetheless, there's definitely a call for some celebration.
Went to dye, highlight, cut and gave my hair some spa treatment.
I Love my hairdresser.
Joeey is so entertaining, Hit on the spot, we just get along well.
40 yr old man secretly relating his maplestory experiences to me.
I Love humble old man.
And our conversation lasted for 4 hrs. =)
Most significantly, I love my new hair colour. *hops around.
Such an immediate action of dying the hair is very much symbolic.
It is a symbol of liberty.
And it's hard to conceive tt I have nv dyed my hair for 19 years of my life despite the belief tt school rules are irritatingly stupid at times and hence, meant to be broken.

Been spending a bomb these days.
Bought new heels. *grins. (And i wore them out today)
Bought a hundred bucks worth of make up. Typical vainpot. =)
- A whole new make up kit.
- A new set of compact powder.
- Red earth's pink eye glamour eye shadows.
Wee.
Bought new clothes. =)
I feel pampered for the sponsors.

Wee. A202.
Alan Chow is angry with me for posting his retarded pictures the other day.
He went on to behave like a mad man.
It has progressed to another stage instead of just being an old spastic uncle vigorously clapping his hands in the midst of the void deck and walking into lamp posts.

This is really bad.

Look at what happened to him..

He started running around Seng Kang although it seems as though he's limping out of extreme exhaustion.

And the intensity got worse cos he started behaving like a pickpocket.

It's so hysterical.

Couldn't sleep well again.
Was just too happy.
This is a very tiring saturday.

Went out with my family in the morning for breakfast.

Finally, life seems so much more than the repression of school life.

The worse academic week of life.
Studying like mad is a horrible experience.
Lol. But the process can be kinda fun.

1st nov.
Ok. This is getting scary.
I can't believe it's the As tmr.

Got woken up by a phonecall at 930 am.
Wow. It's Mdm Leow. (My chinese teacher)
Had a nice talk.
Told her I studied, but i don't feel much stress and tt's worrying me. Hey but she told me tt's a gd sign.

She called to ask me about the public speaking earlier on this year.
I remembered Mano representing non sports, Muslim representing the students council and I represented the sports cca.
And omg. She came to tell me tt i'm cordially invited back to school next January to talk to the J1s once again. I can't really remembered what was said by me then tt had such an impact but I guess i'm more touched than honoured.

I have nv felt so grateful to teachers my whole life.
My secondary school teachers did apparently nothing much.
But throughout these years, the dedication I witnessed is heartwarming.

The geog teachers literally work their hearts out for us.
Mr Chen once told me. He will nv leave anyone behind.
Such a simple sentence but that says so much.
He hurt himself yesterdae but he still limped his way down for our consulation tt lasted for more than a period.
Mrs Chua has almost no breaks at all too.
Ok. Moral. I'm not going to fail geog. I can't afford to.

This is attributed to the prevalence of mad men nowadaes.

I was only 15.
But what I wanted then was so much simplier than today.
Becos I realised that it's the simplest things that are the most difficult to attain.

U told me u needed to study for the Os.
No status. But I didn't blame u for that.
It's circumstances, maybe.
But when u told me to wait for u, I think it's fair tt everyone has the right to make a choice whether they want to.
I moved on and said no.
I told u reasons why it would be better to remain frends but u told me tt it's impossible to be so.
And till today, u rake old memories up, irresponsibly shafting all the blame to me.

When u be with anyone, it's love tt will make u accept them as who they are.
Yea it's my fault I know.
But I can't accept someone making me all gleeful with a lollipop he bought for me, only to realise tt he had actually bought a whole bundle to give to his other female friends of other classes.

Sometimes I think true concern beats the fun times of squabbling of which u have nv shown me in times when I fell sick.

We were relatively close,

My last Christmas.

[QLX] Spent the special day with my friends.

All of them came over to my place cos we couldn't think of a place to go.
Miss Tan Chiu Yan was late, so we slacked around to watch "Liao Zhai".

And when she came, she revealed her narcissism tt has already reached a stage beyond the hope of salvation. Tsktsk. She likes my blue bag mummy bought for me. Bleah. Nono. It's mine.

Whilst waiting for Yian sin and Jun Yi, we started entertaining ourselves childishly with the phone.

-Chin Hao called and started talking nonsense to him.
-Anyway, tt guy friend of ours is busy with his new gf.

-Didn't pick up the phone.
-Fun didn't start but ended in an instant.

The will tt he proclaims is power.

Haven been shooting for quite some time.
Just hung the phone after a few hrs of conversation with him.
The weird thing is I really dun even rem sending the msg over to a friend tt I prob wudn't have done so cos of the word pride. I looked at my sent items and wondered whether I did so. Somehow, this word must have been overtaken by a sense of hope of well being for another.

I tell him alot, almost everything in life.
Somehow, I needed tt focus and tt strong sense of self awareness tt I derive only in this sport.
He got me a family heirloom as he proclaims.
A gift tt he says tt he hopes my life would be and wad his tots spoke of me.
A stainless steel watch suited for diving purposes tt he had worn for 5 years and yearned for 15 years of his life.
He got it fitted for my wrist todae.
The watch as he describes, was a watch tt withstands the highest pressure and yet would nv rust, with memories and time as its value and worth.
The description as I contemplated was a little ironic to my character but all he rebutted was "there's a strength in u".
It was his and he hopes to give it to me before I leave, to be passed on generations after.

Everytime I'm feeling weary in a weird way, I would call to speak to a sophisticated one with a punch and a sort of power tt drives me in a certain direction with a sense of strength.
It's the first time todae tt he calls me his god daughter.
With the few happenings of which I related to him, he got me back a sort of personality of which perhaps was clouded by wad he claims my silliness and innocence.

I will wear it almost everywhere I go cos it's meaningful and special.
The gift symbolises a will to me.

I used to aspire to purchase the houses near this area so tt I can be here everyday.
I promised I was dead beat after a day of school, but something was pulling me there.

Talking about school, my class was playing Murderer in class. Lol.
It was soo fun till Miss Lim could do nothing about us.

Cosy Bay 26th Sept. Tues.

I'm probably the only Meridian drowned in alcohol when there is school the day after.
Yep. Thank Chin Hao. U are super jiang yi qi!
Sometimes, nothing else helps except the night breeze with a friend and some "water".

Clad in the purple Cardigan I bought with Wen Jian and Gigi, cosy bay accompanied me throughout the night.

Tequila shots and some Cranberry Vodka made my night.
Just a few shots so tt the day after could still be handled upon in school, be it a masquerade to the soul or to the expectations of the school upon a student.

Lol. Chin hao's eyes couldn't open cos of the flash. So sorry.

The scenic view was entrancing and the ambience was nice without many pple around esp on a weekday. Feel so tired, I feel like going there tonight again before the intense mugging right after the prelims starts engulfing me up again combined with the saddening results tt would render the moods of many pathetic souls like me rather dejected.

Didn't know who to call for a drink. Get rather sceptical with with others, but thanks.

Friends come and go in Life. An "I miss you" brought us out to have some catching up. =)

The Banquet is such a brutal and ultimate tragedy despite me being the saddistic soul. I dun like shows where everyone dies with such an ambiguous ending. Eew. But it's a nice show overall with the magnificent view of the Forbidden City. Woo. Sexy. Chinese culture is intriguing.

The Grand Cathay is such a high tech place. Pretty. =)

Hehe. Had such a fun time with teng roaming around Orchard with her spending on sunglasses, shoes, earrings, rings and... Surprisingly, I haven been buying anything at all these days. Nothing seems nice on me. Sighz. I just keep eating.

The queue at the taxi stand was scary. I was walking towards it with teng and stood there feeling a little frustrated and lost. There was then this cab driver whom looked at me and I looked back, seemingly portraying a look enquiring whether he would just stop and drive me. Surprisingly, he really did. There was a jam and he couldn't drive into the taxi stand. It seems to be a rather fateful event tt I jumped the queue for about 30 pple and hopped onto the cab probably being cursed by them all. Oops.

We had a very nice conversation, revolving around his daughter and son, and I still rem his name being Ho Eng Wah. hehe.
I feel the joy too whenever I see parents so proud of their children, I'm willing to hear everything they have to say about them, it's as if I'm so happy tt they've pple they are so proud of, I dun feel tt they are blowing the trumpet at all cos it's amazing to share the happiness within the sincerity of the conversation with someone u dun even noe and wud probably nv see again.

Wad surprised me was tt he charged me a mere ten dollars when the meter read $12.50.
It's not the money tt matters, but the action tt touched me, a kind tot tt says tt the conversation we shared was cherished.
Just a small matter, but it's enough to keep my heart warmed till now, to know tt others actually appreciate the imperfectness of us.

I can ostensibly feel the callousness of my hands within me. 18th Sept.
Smeared with printing ink everywhere, I vigorously scrubbed them off without even feeling pain when blood dripped.
Everything, even the most minute is seemingly disrupting the cosmos.

-400 sit ups and crunches were enough to make my tummy flat the next day.
-Some crazy skipping sessions to burn the exasperation.
-Chasing some freaking lizard with the insecticide was the onli fun i had today.
-Deliberately speaking in a vol loud enough for some lascivious and freaking desperate men to hear tt they deserve their balls shot off and eyes gourged out if they dare stared again was the onli thrill I had of the day.
-Calling lump of shit in the middle of the night to unleash some negative emotions was intoxicating.
-Blogging crazy stuff is the onli release.

-Replying to Mani mani homm's messages were the only smiles out of the freaking stress and something to feel tt I'm still who I am.

It's the prelims.
2nd Day. Two papers down.

Everyone is tired. Some I have talked to who have ostensibly given up for the prelims, some have probably burned the whole book and drank it down. Everytime after cramming all the content into my puny brain, everything around seems still. In the middle of the night, everything becomes silent, all tt rings within is the sound of the air con.

Life has become increasingly meaningless. Discuss.
Yea. GP Question. What's ur stand?
Whatever.
Yea. Poor Corals. They are increasingly under threat these daes.
Oh well..

Flashbacks. Flashbacks..
Flashbacks have been racing across my mind everydae these daes.
Random stuff of which some I do not even know why came to my mind.

-The times Maomao and I would dodge the rain at the little hse in the little playground at Bedok Court to eat french fries and nuggets.

-The times where I was still a badminton player, holding the old blue racket to fight the competitions.

-The time Papa proudly presented me to his colleagues claiming me as his little Princess.

-The times QLX wasn't formed yet, the times we played truth or dare, compelling poor Florine to befriend Eugene. Ouch. He went round, kept in the dark, telling others tt a girl has fallen in love with him. =) It still haunts her, but it nv fails to keep all the 6 of us rolling in hysteria..

-The times where Chiu yan and I quarrelled cos we were childishly playing "throwing water".

-The O Level times where Shu zhen stressed me out everyday, scaring my already little wits out of me.

-The times Thiam boon still existed.

-The time where Yan, Clare, Sin and I decided tt Meridian was the choice. Clad in our BV uniform. We stood at the gate of MJ.

-The times air rifle was the main reason to go to school.
Nic, Jinfu, Josh, Jorcelyn, Sze Teng...
Nic and his dot product of which i still dunno wad he was talking abt and dun intend to find out.
When will I see them again.

-The scene where I walked into Ms Lai's Office with Mr Cheong in my blue skirt and white top.
The moment where she told me tt she wants me back in MJ.

-The times I had Serene in my life. The times we stood by each other when she receieved hate notes from the girls in MJ. The times we wore the same bikinis of different colours at Siloso Beach.. The times she carried me and threw me into the pool cos I was scared of the seaweeds..
She was once the reason of my life.
Perhaps only to realise tt I was just a passing phase of her life..

-The times Teng would rush down from the ramp to the canteen to spin me around.

-The time Mr Cheong proclaimed me as his princess to the teachers and teammates, promising to buy me a personal gun if I ever make it to the Olympics.

-The time I met Gigi and felt tt I have met the second serene.
The times where the two of us were one.
Perhaps only to realise tt it's not wise to love someone too much, cos they nv fail to be taken away..

-The time Tian Yong and I played 50 bucks attempting to catch the stupid toy but nv failed to fail at every try.

-The time I saw Shu Zhen left almost only with bones. The poignance.

-The time I was touched cos Guru told me her innermost feelings.

-The times Evelyn and I lived in the "laugh and exams will disappear tmr" world.

-The times where his mum, sis and father talked to me secretly.
-The times where I found out so much, but nv once told him anything.

-The times where there were misunderstandings everywhere this yr and no one knew how to clear them up.

-The time where I broke down days before the Shooting Nationals with Andi, Mr Cheong and Cedric left as the only motivating force.

When reasons to smile disappear, tears roll.
I changed. For everything tt has happened..
In the memories, the little melodies still exist.

For everything tt has happened, I realised tt everything constitutes superficiality.
Everything is temporial.
Confidence can be bruised, or rather had nv been true.
I dun want to trust again.
I dun want to find excuses just for a temporial smile.

Sometimes the hurt gets too painful, we feel tt nothing hurts more than being alive.

When it gets really bad, release the emotions, turn ur back against the world or anyone and anything, but rem something, no matter how far u attempt to run away from this devastating world and pain, rem to turn back to the spot where u had forsaken urself then, cos always rem tt deep inside, u must and u want to recover.

I was talking to Wei Xiang this very day where I heard a heartwrenching piece of news.
I had this friend of mine, Wen Bin, of whom i have known his presence since pri 6 while i was still in bvps. He had been with his gf for approximately 8 years or so? We weren't close, the number of times we had really talked could be counted with my fingers. But as far as I know, he's a nice person, a nice working colleague and a pleasant soul.
But he chose to leave the world last thurs.
I'm sorry I didn't go to the wake cos i really didn't know.

But I wish tt in the other dimension of the world would u find real peace.
Retain the smile I have always remembered to be carried by you.

This entry is dedicated to someone whom i will owaes remember truout my life , Since its her b'dae todae i will rite an entry juz for her as she did for my bdae on her blog .
I nv knew wads the meaning of liking/loving someone until she came into my life ard 4 yrs ago , met her tru this close fren of mine called Choo Lilin . As i was tokking to Lilin over the phone ard 4 + yrs ago , i was so bored and asked her to intro mi some chiobus frm her class so ok , gd enuf she intro mi to this classmate of hers by the MIRC nick of frost^Ice . So i tot that was rather interesting since i do not noe whu is Tricia and decided to chat her up in IRC . The first time i tokked to her over MIRC , i found her veri cute and funny . After our conversation ended tt nite , b4 i went to slp i tot of her and was v curious to noe how she looks like so i woke up the nex dae to go to sch to find her in her 3/1 classroom . I rem when i first met her in sch tt time i gave her a pair of earrings and perhaps tt gave mi a chance to jio till her lol . With my glib tongue and sincerity i managed to win her heart and we soon became together .
The time spent with her was veri happy as silly promises were made to each other and were taken into consideration seriously. Perhaps that the joyful part of puppy love as wise men say .

I was the one who...
- Waited under her block for one hour plus like a silly fool in love holding a bouquet of Lilies ( Ur fav flowers ) hoping that she the first person he would share his joy of finally completing his O lvls.
- Made a bouquet of pink strawberry lollipops and gib it to her so as to reward her for having improvements in ur results so as to motivate her further .

Just came back from the school's appreciation thingy for cca representatives.
I was the only student sitting right at the front row cos I was told to accompany my coach.
So on the left was Coach Zhang and on my right, Ms Lai. O_O

Mr Cheong was extremely evil today.
He not onli hurled all his usual insults, stick out his tongue and monkey face in front of Coach, but also actually ganged up with tt hopeless strawberry jam against me. Argh.
I shall not ask Hui Cheng to introduce her sister to u cos u are such a meanie beanie today. =P

Strawberry jam and I had one of the most major quarrels today.
Quarrelling started 8 months ago and it has nv ended but today it was the first time outside the range. Even Christopher Chen and Mdm Koh had to come and interfere right at the gates of the sch.

Coach granted me an offer to join her coaching for schools. I had wanted to end my shooting career but she added a whole new dimension in my plans. I couldn't be there when the announcements were made.
It's amazing how we can slog the holidaes thruout just for the very special day.
Hafiz called last night to inform tt I have got to be in school this morning cos they were presenting the trophies. Just when I'm down for 2 days of MC. Then again, I nv liked the stage, it probably saved me some trepidation. But it was a very teary moment when Hafiz announced the results. The reason why I could still hear it at home was cos Ced left his phone on for me during assembly. Thanks alot.
I dun even know how my gold trophies look like whereas my team mates have already received theirs. Sighz.

Went for an X ray todae.
Have seen the doctor 4 times in 10 days.

When Kohiji finally settled at a time, Chee Wei drove all of us including Jason to Bugis. Yep, the tickets finally reached my hands.
[ Oops Andy offered me to sell them to his friend for a 100 bucks. ] Oh well.
Gave them to Chee Wei as a surprise gift. (He was kept in the dark.)
Yea, he was so touched, it was the first time in my life he gave me this sudden hug.
The feeling of making our gd friends happy beats the feeling of making just ourselves joyful.

When we were sec 1, he wanted to bring me to the NDP celebrations with his sis and company but my mother said "NO". Lol. The sad thing is tt it nv came true after that and this year, I have already agreed to go with Ced and Evelyn.

The best thing tt happened to me in my secondary school days was to gain happiness in its most fundamental form, to have and to be part of this perpetual joy- QLX.

Team: Zonal Gold. Zonal First.

Me: 188

Total: 185+185+188= 558

I just hope for someone to take all the fatigue away although
I clinched Individual Zonal First, an individual Gold Medal..
and a Team Zonal Gold medal.

I had Two Medals, but we lost one..
We lost the chance to make it to the finals.
And becos I misfired a shot, I forfeited the chance to get an National Individual medal.

Yep. Everyone was placing hopes on the girl's rifle team. But we lost it.
I was inconsolable..

The end of the competition marked the end of my career as a shooter..
I couldn't have done this alone without my friends who didn't let me fall.

And indeed, we have done it together especially when things corked up during the 45 mins for the both of us.

You were the best team mate and the strongest comrade of whom I battled this war tt meant alot especially to u and I.
Hence, I want to share my individual gold trophy with u cos ur support enabled me not to fall and to come so far.

I Love u Girl.
Although u scored 185, I know tt given ur calibre, it's a 195 in my heart.
U are really the best shooter I know.

I knew tt I had been a little harsh for all the pressure but it paid off yea?

-Rushed down to Tanjong Pagar for my cousin's wedding photoshoot immediately after the competition.

Most importantly, thanks to all my friends who accompanied me at night.

Everybody needs a little time away..
Just to be alone..
Away from everyone, away from the world.

Time passes as swiftly and as unwillingly in the most obscure yet clearest manner.
Sometimes, in front of pple, there's a silent tear to hide.
In front of words tt hurt, there's a smiley mask to hide behind.
Behind the doors of joy, there is a glimmer of hope, a yearning tt pines for someone tt means the world to u to know, to hold and to share the happiness tt when being in its most fundamental and innocent form, portrays its truest essence of all.

Am I, in the chapters of those tt are important to me, characterised as one of whom comprises merely the nature of a fleeting form of cloud tt sweeps through the horizons?
Through the days where the memories tt shone as brightly as the sun silently diminishes..

The silence within nature makes me smile..
The tranquility renders peace to paint an eternity even if it means only for the moments of which reside in transience..
Is it imaginary or is it real?
It doesn't matter anymore cos it allows me to know..
tt I'm nv lonely even if I'm all alone.

I have made a resolution and several decisions.
The nightmare is over.
I have forgiven.
Although it might nv be forgotten.
I still feel the pain and the disappointment but some words I have decided to keep inside so even if I cry, the enemy tt I have to defeat is none other than myself.

The past week seemed like a month..
Whereas the last month seemed like an entire year.

A nightmare, too many losses, too many heartbreaks, too much emotions, even within an infinite amount of stirring gains.
I dun feel secure at all within this knot, within this sea.

Through this period of time, I have neglected many.
To all those who I didn't reply, I'm sorry.
I'm just tired of life.

I miss being hugged to sleep.
I miss what I regarded as what was true to me.

I had a hangover the night before, the first time in my life. [Thurs 6th July]

Went to Lot Stock for a drink.
The band was brilliant and they totally melted my heart while they played "You look wonderful tonight".
I Love the song.

Chee Wei bought a whole bottle of Montezuma Tequila for me, a price of about a hundred over bucks. 27 shots of Tequila was what it contained and in less than an hour, we finished half of it.

Had some vodka at home too.

No matter how drunk I am, I would commit murder or still feel totally disgusted if one attempts to kiss me. I dun understand how pple can make out with pple they dun like.

Tuesday 4th July
11am- School Range.
Thank You Cheng Cheng, Gera and Tehkor for accompanying me.

Stress was written all over my face as the competition was merely a day away.
Mr Cheong had a fun time.. "PRINCESS GO PUMP YOUR CYLINDER !! ", "TRICIA CHIA COME INTO THE RANGE !! " and aiya, the usual him actually..

But during this last training session..
I dread the way I would miss how irritating he can be..

I had Lit Paper 8 immediately after the training ended at 12 plus. -It was a disaster.
Was supposed to rush down to the range for my last training session at 4 plus to pack my gun and all.

But after I came out from the examination venue, the messages from my phone just totally turned me off.
3 Messages unread.
1) Her
2) Her No 2
3) Some idiot.

1) [From Her..] "I beg you to spare 30 mins of ur time now... I can't wait till friday.. I need to see you immediately.. I'm sorry for all the lies and.... "

I totally abhor this feeling and all the stress tt she's giving me over the exam period week and right before the day of my competition.
Hear This. It's stressful. Really Stressful.
You called last week while I was having my exams and I really can't afford to relent to all your demands cos they are getting more intense each time.

I have a competition tmr and I just finished my exams.
Hear This. I am stressed enough with my own personal life, my own social life, my studies, my comp and all my own problems.
Just take care of yourself and stop all this psychological torment to me and to urself.
You were a shooter a few years back, u know tt I can't afford to lose control of my emotions right on this day.
Why are u always doing this to me? If I say not today, then just let it be another day.
Stop it. Enough.

2) [Her No 2.]
We ended up in a dispute over the phone.
For her, I stood outside the range for half an hour and all I asked for was to spare me for the day and I promised to tell her everything on Thurs but nope, she refused to.
If u weren't Gilian Lim, I would have just hung on u.

I had the last training session before the Inter school 2006 shooting competition.
I sat on the benches after she hung the phone on me.
There wasn't even a word muttered..
I realised No one in the world understood,
No one whom could relate to such fatigue and all the emotional blows.
I couldn't cry cos I didn't know how to anymore.

I prentended tt nothing happened in front of the team mates.
I performed well. Coach was pleased.
But I felt numb.

The night before was kinda hurtful.
****** told me some stuff.
It wasn't enough to make me cry but it was enough to hurt.

I tot tt was all.
But when I got home.
Someone told me tt Alvin is attached again.
For tt instant, my heart stopped.. but it didn't break cos it was long torn into complete shreds.
His nick was "Nothing's gonna change my love for u".
I have heard those words too, words much more intense by several folds.
And the most cruel thing was tt it sounded so convincing, I actually believed them, only to realise tt it was probably just a phrase combined with other embellishment tt reduced everything tt happened to merely just a pretense.

For the biggest blow of the day, a tear cascaded down.
Deardear, be happy but dun let her be a second me.

Even when u are gone, I know I still have to carry on.
There are pple I can't afford to let down.
Mr Cheong, Andi and Jolyn,
I will control myself for the last time before this comp and before I really break down cos I dunno how long I can take this anymore..

I once said I would accompany u on this special day but I didn't cos I know it's better this way.
Thanks for lifting me up when I was down and I will nv forget what we shared.

Went out with Hui Cheng, Geraldine and Cedric for a supposed study session at Ced's place.

I agree with Ced's grandmother. I think he should build an elevator and save me all the toiling ups his tall house.

We played photohunt. It took us quite some time to break into the high score with a very satisfying position of the 2nd place. =)
Girls Power.

Spent the remaining time trudging up and down the corridors of Parkway, shopping and eating, totally forsaking the necessary studying for the exams the next day.

A pleasant moment to remember..
On the way home, after beloved Cheng Cheng alighted from the cab, the taxi driver started a conversation with me. He gave me a really pleasant feeling, I then found out tt his daughter was from MJ too and she happened to be the top student from the Alumni batch. I could feel his joy as he mentioned about his daughter, a father whom is so proud of his child, I feel so happy for him. =)

Although it's sheer aquaintance, but
May u always be happy uncle.

Virtual end of the Mid Years. 30th June

Vanessa is soo cute. lol. =) She made me laugh with her quote below..

It's a horrible day.
Was with Adrian on the phone till 2:30 am, woke up at 6:30am.
-Had a 3 hr human geog paper from 8-11 am
-Had training from 11 to 1 plus
(It was soo fun. Mr Cheong and I spent an hr discussing abt cute girls and the cute Mr Eric Chua. *chuckles. Oh yep! and to help me scold tt stupid Strawberry Jam--> Nicholas. *wahaha)
-Then I had Econs MCQs for an hour

Mind absorbing.

Ironically, the end of the exams merely marked a melancholic tone and a heavy heart to hold.
Something is wrong, I hope it isn't true. She wun do this to me cos I will nv do this to her.

Right after the papers..
I spent a few hrs with Evelyn at White Sands. A seemingly boring place, but it brings back some memories I had with her during the times when we were ostensibly inseparable. I suddenly realised how much we have lost touch with.

Met Clare at Orchard at night albeit the extreme fatigue and exhaustion tt was threatening to pull me down.
A friend to count on always. Thanks Guru.
That silly guru. She told me "Marina Square" (at least tt was what I heard) and she ended up making her way to "Marine Parade". Oh well. My silly precious guru.
Hence, we decided to simply change the venue to Orchard instead.

A heartwarming time spent.
I Love the gentleness..
although it's always tinged with an inevitable form of madness as evident below. =)

Poor Guru. She was soo tired after work, but was still there to ameliorate my post exam syndrome. I appreciate it darling. Thanks.. =)

Half of the exams are over. 28th June
Stupid Gilian and Teh Kor have been laughing at me for having 6 more hours of exams as compared to them.

I hate the emotional roller coasters ride.
My mood has been swinging like a pendulum back and forth..
One moment u feel really bad, one moment u feel really happy.
Just a few days and u are forced to make a choice.

I dun even have the chance to stop to think
and the next thing I know is tt I have gotten myself into a mess
without having the heart to even run away, face it or think it through
and the worse thing is when ur friends start psychoing u into stuff u dun want to get into.

I feel so bad.
What have I done again?

Adrian discovered tt the left side of my head is filled with white hair.
Shouldn't I be using the right brain more in this crucial year?

I swear I will just run away from anything of such pressure again till the end of the A levels.

I yearn for the tranquility that was once emblazoned in the purest form of ease.
But all I feel now is pandemonium ringing in the silence of my fear.
I hate the stress and I hate to realise tt I'm crumbling. 19th June.

Have u ever come to an extent tt u get put off by virtually everything?
I'm scared cos I've come to an extent tt I'm starting to get turned off by shooting, needless to comment, studying.
I wake up at 8 and reach home at 4 by which I start working on the sleep deficit tt dominates my insanity.
And all I can remember is the call I last rang to break down on Evelyn.

Mock competitions, mock trials, and more competitions.
I have seen so many girls break down half way thru the nationals cos every shot matters. One swave and u are almost dead. Other sports have the privilege of burning urself to release the adrenaline. What do we have? Keep it in u and deal with all pressure.
Worse still, coach demands tt we go back for training next week. And Meridians know tt we are having our Mid Years of which I definitely will screw up, not becos I'm lazy, but cos the time is just nv enough.
If I go for the sessions, then bye, kill me, i don't think I even need to enter the examination hall.
I can't sleep cos the stress is suffocating.
I can't breathe properly and I have no explanation for tt.
Maybe it's on the moment of impulse, but I suddenly dun feel like being a shooter anymore.

Sorry Andi, whatever I say now is so disappointing. I know u are tired too. Perservere k?

I'm sorry Mr Cheong, maybe I am not fit to be your princess anymore.
Your princess gives u problems all the time and now I just hope u dun see my tears fall.
If I really fail u, I'm sorry but I want u to know tt u are the last person in Mjc tt I ever want to disappoint.

And when I'm in the midst of my trials today, I received two msges tt almost made me vomit blood. One of whom called me out 20 over times this month even though I constantly repeated "I need to study!". Another told me tt he's so upset cos he was really drunk and everything tt just stressed me out.
Army petrifies me now.

Is losing someone special a price I have to pay for the screwed up life I'm facing?

Whenever my coach says stuff like "If u all fail the prelims, u fail everything", I feel tears in my eyes. This is worse than written exams. I came back from training tt dae, slept and woke up in shock. Oh well.

Sharks. This is utterly tormenting. I was in intense dilemma over whether I should join my best friends. For one of the rarest times, it was QLX's full house. Nope to be exact, it's [full house (all 6 of them) - piggy]. =( Argh. Yep cos Piggy chose to stay at home to study Silas Marner and to fight the battle against Monster Lonely.

Four monkeys. 14th June
Was with yuhan at the bus stop today when Wong Mei Lin trudged towards our direction. When her back faced us. Omg. There was literally 4 monkeys printed on her white long pants where her butt is.

I tried concealing my laughter but "BOMP". I started bursting out. Lol. Omg it's still damn funny. I then started typing "4 monkeys" to him and he still didn't get it until he saw her butt. >.< (Sharks. I hope I wun fail my econs or get into trouble with the school authorities for posting this. )

When I was young, my mother would alwaes read me two bedtime stories before I sleep.. I love fairy tales although they are often deemed deceptive in the real world. 13th June

The nights just seem soo lonely.
For an inexplicable reason or another, I start to think of Mr Bean. =)
I miss my Little Lulu Clips..

Gilian, Adrian and I had a sleepless night laughing our heads off with all our nonsense. =D
We were soo bored, we started imitating how animals make weird noises and started singing the theme songs of past cartoon tv shows tt caught our childhood by storm.
Hee and we started talking about our favourite cartoon characters..

I seriously have no exact idea why, but I certainly just love her and would wake up early every morning just to catch her clips on Cartoon Network! A phase tt seems ages ago..

Adrian started singing the Power Rangers song. lol.

Sharks. I realised I dun have any fav cartoon hero! So I started singing Captain Planet's song!

But Aragorn is my favourite movie Hero.

I can nv forget how enticed I was when he said "I do not fear death" and then he walked in the cave with the aura of suavity. Ouch. Ultimate masculinity. Paragon of bravery and strength. Epitome of a real man. *Oops. Slaps myself.
